التحويل الرقمي في مصر يسير بخطى جدية ومتسارعة لتطبيق منظومة التحول الرقمي،
في سبل تحقيق ذلك اتخذت العديد من الخطوات والإجراءات الجدية ذات الصلة على مدار السنوات الماضية
تماشيًا مع “رؤية مصر 2030” واستراتيجية مصر للتحول الرقمي،
وذلك سعياً لتحويل جمهورية مصر العربية إلى مجتمع داعم للمعرفة والابتكار ويعتمد على التطبيقات التكنولوجية الحديثة في الحصول على الخدمات المقدمة
في ظل تحويل اغلب الحكومات في المنطقة الى التحول الرقمي
وفي هذا الموضوع، قام مركز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار بمجلس الوزراء المصري، بمتابعة ورصد نتائج “تقرير مؤشر نضج التكنولوجيا الحكومية
: حالة التحول الرقمي في القطاع العام” الصادر عن البنك الدولي عام 2021،
والذي أظهرت نتائجه الاتجاهات في استراتيجية الحكومة الرقمية ونهج التحوّل خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية،
حيث وضعت اكثر من 120 دولة استراتيجيات حكومية رقمية جديدة تركز بدرجة أكبر على أجندة التكنولوجيا الحكومية. يهدف المؤشر إلى قياس مستويات نضج التحول الرقمي والاعتماد على التكنولوجيا الحديثة
في تسيير العمل في القطاع الحكومي في 198 دولة حول العالم، بالاعتماد على 48 مؤشر فرعي في 4 محاور أساسية:
هي دعم الأنظمة الحكومية الأساسية
وتقديم الخدمات العامة، ومشاركة المواطنين، والعوامل التمكينية للتكنولوجيا الحكومية.
وقسم البنك الدولي أداء دول العالم في التحوّل الرقمي ونضج التقنيات الحكومية إلى ٤ مجموعات،
حيث ضمت المجموعة الأولى «أ» الدول القائدة عالميًّا في نضج التكنولوجيا الحكومية، وشملت 43 دولة،

دول قامت بالتحول الرقمي
من بينها دول الولايات المتحدة، والإمارات، وكندا، وسويسرا، وبريطانيا، وفرنسا،
واليابان، والتي صُنفت بمرتبة “مرتفعة للغاية” في نضج التكنولوجيا الحكومية، تليهم المجموعة “ب”
والتي جاءت مصر داخلها، وتشمل الدول التي حققت مرتبة “مرتفعة” في نضج التكنولوجيا الحكومية ولديها استثمارات كبيرة، وممارسات جيدة في مجال التكنولوجيا الحكومية في معظم محاور التقرير، وضمّت 59 دولة منها مصر، السعودية، روسيا، الصين، أيرلندا، الأردن، تونس، أوزبكستان، وسلطنة عمان.
